You missed the part where Ninja Studies programs refuse transfer credits from more prestigious Halls of Shinobi learning due to inter-clan political bickering and the need for administrative-nin to feel important and maintain their own fiefdoms. As well as refusing to let students from the Samurai Engineering curriculum transfer over, even though they've already taken half of the advanced Ninja Studies advanced combat classes, because they still haven't gotten around to that second semester of Freshman English.

That's affirmative. Even though I'm finishing up Technical Writing this semester. Can you tell English classes and I aren't on a first-name basis?

If I have the money, I plan on taking it over the summer from TNCC.
